Shipping Policy

At Ascareway Skincare, we pack and ship every order with care. This policy explains how we process orders, how long delivery takes, and what you can expect from checkout to doorstep.

Order Processing Time

• We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will get a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 3 to 6 business days.
• Delivery time starts after your order ships, not after you place it.

Shipping Charges

• We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.
• Orders above a set amount qualify for free shipping nationwide.
• Any applicable shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

• You receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.
• Use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel in real time.
• Contact us if your tracking status does not update within 3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer COD across most areas of Pakistan.
• Our courier partner may call to confirm your address before dispatch.
• Keep your phone reachable to avoid delivery delays.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

• Weather, courier backlogs, or incorrect addresses can delay delivery.
• We follow up with our courier partner on your behalf if your order is late.
• Double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

Order Changes

• Contact us within a few hours of placing your order if you need to change your address or items.
• Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address or contents.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
• If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partner and send a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

International Shipping

• We currently ship within Pakistan only.
• We are working on international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter for updates.
